Moving from Norway to Germany, my journey continues as WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, where I'm attending as a Master in Management (MiM) student.
The choice of my studies were primarily dictated by interests and strengths, and thus I will pursue courses which will aid me on my path to perhaps become a consultant.
Studied courses which were not offered at my home university. This includes subjects such as:
- Production & Logistics
- Game Theory
- Information Science
- Selected Issues of Information Science and Information Systems
Studying at this prestigous university gave me a great opportunity to meet with people from all continents of the world, as well as experience the variety in teaching culture between German/Austrian professors and Norwegian ones.
Read what two of the professors I had the honor of being a student for have to say about me:
Covered a broad aspect of business and economics courses to give a solid foundation for further studies.
Due to good grades coming in from high school, I was reserved a spot for the Master's degree at this university. However, I chose to pursue that degree elsewhere (WHU).
Courses that were covered and that have sparked an interest for further exploring are:
- Mathematical Analysis for Economy and Social Sciences
- Organization and Management
- Marketing
- Strategy
- International Business
- Organization Psychology
Studied in accordance of becoming an engineer.
That is why chose STEM-courses such as:
- IT
- Advanced Maths
- Physics
Although I enjoyed these types of courses, my demeanor and personality were more suited for business-related fields, and thus I chose to pursue Business & Economics at university as opposed to engineering.
